We provide free technical support to all our existing customers but dont provide free upgrade support as it is done on your own risk.
If you have recently upgraded musicbox please make sure you chmod all files and overwritten all files except overwriting database.
We always suggest every user to make backup of your folders and files to restore if you delete them and we clearly mentioned to delete install folder from your musicbox directory as it can delete your database entries.
However Musicbox is no 1 rated software even if database is deleted if you enable automatic mode to on it will create and save millions of genre/artists/albums/songs in database in seconds.
